From pressure to practice
SGL began from a simple observation: communities carry knowledge and ambition that outdated systems cannot see or serve. The answer is not more charity, it is better connection.

Evidence before scale
We test before we scale. We use approved evidence only. We protect controlled methodologies. We build mutual value, shared responsibility and long-term capability, not dependency.

Stewardship, not ownership
Strategic leadership, institutional administration and grassroots delivery are deliberately separate. The Secretariat governs, Operations delivers, Learning and Evidence connects the two.
